Just to remind you that we are not sending any Christmas cards this year, instead we’ve used the money and done a big shop and taken it to our local food bank.
This is the second year we have decided not to send Christmas Cards!
Like last year we gave the Food Bank a call and asked what they wanted in advance. This year they had lots of baked beans and cereal, but besides that they were in need of everything! But it’s always good to have a chat as they needed tooth brushes and toothpaste specifically for young children, something we would never have thought of!
Instead of sending Christmas cards we donated 121.3kgs of food which will feed 10 people over Christmas and New Year.
