On 1st December 2023 we launched a new loyalty club - Gilly's Gems THANK YOU CLUB. We wanted to reward our clients for SPENDING, REFERRING and REVIEWING.

All our clients receive our gold standard service, however, after accruing 25,000 points or more will be automatically enrolled in our loyalty scheme. You will start to enjoy enhanced benefits as you achieve EMERALD, RUBY and DIAMOND status.

All clients receive our Gold Service which includes:
- Personalised holiday advice and recommendations. This is such an important part of what we do, as our aim is to find something perfect for you! We can also recommend new itineraries and destinations.
- Assistance with airline seat and meal selection. This is an important service particularly for our clients who are not confident with the airlines’ online systems.
- Reminder of all travel rules and entry requirements for your cruise or destination. Whilst covid restrictions have all but disappeared there’s still a lot to be mindful of, and those pesky new rules for travel to the EU are confusing so many people!
- Liaising with the airline and hotel to ensure they are aware of your accessibility requirements, special requests, or celebrations.
- Recommendations for local tours, restaurant reservations etc.
- A ‘travel ready’ video call or face to face meeting to answer any of your pre-travel questions. This is such an important part of our service, at this meeting we will go through our ‘travel ready’ check-list to ensure you can travel with confidence.
- Airline check-in and printing of board passes *subject to airline rules.

How to earn points...
- For every £1 you SPEND with us you receive one loyalty point, unless your booking is just for you, as our solo travellers receive two points for every £1 they spent!
- If you REFER someone to us and they go ahead and book a holiday with us, our new client will have the choice for you to receive a gift or one point for every £1 they spend on their first booking;
- For every Google REVIEW you will receive 1000 points.
