This dedication is exemplified by the launch of our Loyalty Scheme – Gilly’s Gems – and our advanced pre-travel concierge service, designed to cater to unique requests, airport transfers, and special assistance.
We pour our heart and soul into ensuring excellence, and this is reflected in the countless hours spent personally inspecting hotels and ships worldwide. From Greece’s Ikos Olivia and Ikos Oceania to Cyprus’s Asimina Suites and Athena Royal, and South Korea’s Lotte Seoul, we have explored some of the world’s most stunning locations. We’ve also inspected a variety of cruise ships, from Seabourn Venture to Fred Olsen’s Bolette, and attended events by the Expedition Cruise Network and Albatros Expeditions to enhance our polar expertise.

Community involvement is close to our hearts. We co-founded Brewood Means Business, a local networking group that has helped secure training and funding for local businesses. We’ve supported The Community Hub Brewood Beer Festival, raising over £3500 for our local scout hut, and launched Gilly’s Gems, rewarding repeat business and referrals. Our efforts extend to supporting the local food bank and initiating our Gift of Greenery campaign, providing free trees to promote sustainable travel.
Sustainability is a core value for us. We have adopted green practices such as using energy-efficient lighting and devices, installing solar panels and a 10kW battery in our office, and encouraging clients to travel with reusable items and conserve resources. Our Loyalty Club Diamond members even receive complimentary electric vehicle transfers.
Travel can be daunting for many, especially older, solo, or disabled travellers. Over 30% of our clients have shared that they would not have taken a holiday without our support, and this brings us immense joy.
In line with our values, we have pledged to participate in the Trade Crusade in July 2024, raising £2500 for breast cancer, a cause dear to our admin lead, Stephanie Minton. We are also assisting Brewood Cricket Club in its fundraising efforts for an accessible toilet, aligning with our inclusiveness strategy.
