We are delighted to welcome Rhianna Parsons who has joined us for a work placement over the summer holidays.
We firmly believe that offering work experience placements is not just about preparing young people for the world of work but has enormous benefits to our business as it gives us valuable insights into how young people think and use technology.

Rhianna reached out to us as she was keen to develop some hands-on work experience and we invited her in for an interview. Both Stephanie and I were impressed with her knowledge and ideas, and the time she had taken to research our business.
Rhianna has been with us for just one day and we can already see that she has a refreshingly new approach to tasks, and will be a valuable asset throughout the summer”.
In September Rhianna will start 6th Form College where she is studying Double Business Studies, throughout her time with the business we will be reviewing her A level syllabus to provide her practical insights for modules including business operations and marketing.
Rhianna Parsons said:
“I am a hardworking sixteen-year-old who has an interest in the travel industry and would love to continue in the profession in the future, therefore finding work-experience was very important to me.
I have just completed my GCSE exams, so becoming proactive and engrossed in a place of work was really important as I need to develop my skill set and continue on my path to become a successful business woman.
My family has booked a holiday with Gilly; we are going to Ibiza in August. I came along to her office with my family and really liked how she did things. So, I knew that if I got a work placement with her company it would benefit me in the future”.
