Today (17/08/26) marks the start of an exciting new chapter for us as we welcome Millie Ashe to the team.
Many of you may already know Millie from her time at the much-loved Tracey Mason Travel in Penkridge, where she has spent the last three years building a fantastic reputation for her knowledge, enthusiasm and, most importantly, her customer service.
During that time, Millie has helped so many clients plan their holidays, from family getaways and summer escapes to special celebrations and those really memorable trips that you talk about for years afterwards.
When the opportunity came for Millie to take the next step in her career, she was looking for a new challenge where she could continue to develop, broaden her expertise and take on more responsibility, while giving her clients an even more personal level of service.

Meet Millie
Millie brings a wealth of experience with her, particularly when it comes to some of the UK’s best-known holiday brands.
She’s a recognised Jet2holidays specialist and was recently invited to attend the exclusive Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference, an event which recognises some of the company’s highest-performing travel agent partners and leading independent agencies.
She’s also a dedicated Sandals Resorts specialist, with excellent knowledge of the resorts across the Caribbean. So, whether you’re planning a honeymoon, celebrating a special anniversary or simply fancy some sunshine and a bit of luxury, Millie knows her Sandals resorts and will be able to help you find the right one.
But what we think really sets Millie apart is the combination of her product knowledge and her ability to really listen to her clients.
She knows the hotels, resorts and holiday brands incredibly well, but she’s also very good at asking the right questions and picking up on the little things that matter. Sometimes clients know exactly what they want. Sometimes they don’t, and that’s where a good travel expert really earns their stripes.
Millie has a knack for working out what clients will love, as well as what they definitely won’t, and using that to find the holiday that’s right for them.

We currently have a great reputation for tailor-made holidays, cruises and more complicated itineraries, but we also arrange package holidays.
We work with leading holiday providers including Jet2holidays and TUI, giving our clients access to a fantastic choice of destinations, hotels and holiday styles.
So, as the business continues to grow, we’re putting a much bigger focus on this side of what we do with the introduction of Package Perfect.
The idea is really quite simple.
