CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) is the world’s largest cruise industry trade association, providing a unified voice and leading authority of the global cruise community. The CLIA community includes the world’s most prestigious ocean, river, and specialty cruise lines as well as 54,000 travel agents, and 15,000 of the largest travel agencies in the world.

‘It’s taken me almost two years to reach Master status. The training is completed in three stages – Accreditation, Ambassador and finally Master. The course includes the successful completion of 35 online training modules, plus firsthand cruise experience and the writing of a cruise-related blog.
I’ve enjoyed every second of the training, as I just love everything about cruise and I’m always delighted to share my knowledge with my clients. I’ve got firsthand experience of P&O, Princess, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Oceania, Seabourn, Silversea and Regent Cruises and a good knowledge across all the major ocean cruise companies and ships.
