On Thursday 12th March 2026, we’re proud to be taking part in the Careers Day at St Dominic’s School in Brewood, focusing on careers, real opportunities and practical pathways into the world of work.
The travel industry is dynamic, global and full of opportunity, and we’re looking forward to showing students that there are many ways to build a successful career beyond the traditional university route.
Representing our team on the day will be Zappa and Stephanie, who will be attending in person to talk about what a career in travel really looks like, from luxury leisure travel and cruise to operations, marketing, customer experience and business development.
Gilly will also be joining (virtually) but live from Hermanus, South Africa, as part of her Grand Tour, bringing first-hand insight into how travel can quite literally become your workplace.
We’ll be officially launching our brand-new Travel Apprenticeship Programme, designed to give young people the opportunity to earn, learn and gain real industry experience from day one. Alongside this, we’ll be introducing structured work placement opportunities for students who want hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, client-focused business.
Careers in travel are about more than booking holidays. They’re about building relationships, understanding global cultures, problem-solving, marketing, technology, sustainability and creating experiences that matter.
If you don’t attend St Dominic’s, don’t worry, there’s another opportunity to explore a career in travel. We’re hosting an Office Open Day on 28th March, where students can come behind the scenes, meet the team, understand how a modern travel business operates and find out more about our apprenticeship and work placement opportunities. It’s a relaxed, informal way to see whether a career in travel could be the right fit.
And if you work in education and would like Gilly or the team to visit your school or college to talk about building and succeeding in a travel business, from start-up to scaling, branding, partnerships and industry insight, we’d love to hear from you.
Please email Gilly here for further information.
