If you’ve been one of our clients for a while, you may have heard us mention our hidden diary. It’s not a myth, and it’s not a gimmick – it’s one of the ways we look after the people who have already trusted us with their travel plans.

Why a Hidden Diary?

January and February are widely known as peak months in the travel industry. They’re the busiest time of year for new bookings, with a surge of enquiries from people planning holidays, honeymoons and big trips for the months (and sometimes years) ahead.

We absolutely love welcoming new clients (here’s the link to our open diary, and don’t worry, there’s still lots of availability!), but we also believe strongly in rewarding loyalty. Many of our existing clients come back to us year after year, often with complex itineraries or specific dates in mind. During peak season, standard diary availability can fill very quickly – and that’s where the hidden diary comes in.

What Is the Hidden Diary?

The hidden diary is accessed via a private booking link that we share only with our existing clients. Behind that link is additional appointment availability that isn’t visible on our public booking system.

This means:

  • More appointment options during our busiest months
  • Greater flexibility if you need to speak to us at short notice
  • Priority access ahead of general availability

It’s our way of making sure our loyal clients don’t feel squeezed out when demand is at its highest.

The hidden diary is exclusively for existing clients – those who have booked with us before or are currently travelling with us.

We know inboxes get busy (especially at this time of year), and we’d much rather you ask than struggle to find an appointment that works.
