- Check-In & Boarding Pass Support – we handle online check-in within airline guidelines and can provide printed boarding passes if required, so you can head to the airport feeling organised and relaxed.
- Travel Regulations & Entry Guidance – whilst having the correct travel documentation is ultimately always the responsibility of the traveller we guide you through the latest travel requirements, including passport validity rules for EU travel and any relevant entry regulations, ensuring you depart fully prepared and compliant.
- Special Assistance Coordination – if you require accessibility support, we liaise directly with airlines, transfer providers and hotels to ensure everything is clearly communicated and properly arranged

- Extended Availability – our standard office hours are 10am–6pm, seven days a week, with evening video and face-to-face appointments available until 10pm for added flexibility.
- Complimentary Travel App – for multi-centre or more complex itineraries, you’ll receive access to our travel app, which includes live flight updates and all your documents in one convenient place.
- Gilly’s Gems Loyalty Programme – as part of our community, you’ll automatically join Gilly’s Gems, earning loyalty points that unlock a range of exclusive perks — from airport security fast-track passes to UK airport chauffeur services.

How to earn points...
- For every £1 you SPEND with us you receive one loyalty point, unless your booking is just for you, as our solo travellers receive two points for every £1 they spent!
- If you REFER someone to us and they go ahead and book a holiday with us, our new client will have the choice for you to receive a gift or one point for every £1 they spend on their first booking;
- For every Google REVIEW you will receive 1000 points.
