Share the Love: Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Program Duration: 2nd February 2026 – 30th April 2026

How it Works:

For Existing Customers (Referrers)

  1. Refer someone you know who would benefit from our personalised travel planning service.
  2. Share our dedicated referral booking link with them (HERE).
  3. Your referee must book a holiday planning meeting using this link and enter your name in the referrer field (SEE EXAMPLE).
  4. Your referee must attend and complete the meeting.
  5. Once complete, your referee will be entered into our prize draw to win £250 of holiday vouchers to spend with us on a new package holiday.
  6. If your referee wins the prize draw, you will automatically receive £250 in John Lewis vouchers as our thank you.

You can refer multiple people throughout the campaign period – each successful referral who completes their holiday planning meeting gives you another chance of winning.

For New Customers (Referees)

  1. Book your holiday planning meeting using the referral link provided by your friend or family member.
  2. Enter the name of the person who referred you in the designated referrer field when booking (SEE EXAMPLE).
  3. Attend and complete your meeting with us.
  4. Your name will then be entered into our prize draw to win £250 of holiday vouchers which you can redeem on a package holiday booked with us.

If you win: You receive £250 in Gilly Bachelor Travel Expert vouchers to use towards a new package holiday booked with us, and the person who referred you automatically receives £250 in John Lewis vouchers.

Gilly’s Gems Loyalty Program

In addition to the prize draw, when you refer someone who books a holiday with us:

Your referee (the new client) will have the option to gift you either:

  • A thank you gift, OR
  • Gilly’s Gems loyalty points worth £1 for every £1 spent on their first booking with us

This benefit applies regardless of whether anyone wins the prize draw – it’s our standard way of thanking you for successful referrals through our Gilly’s Gems loyalty scheme.

Entry Requirements
  1. Referrers must be existing Gilly Bachelor Travel Expert customers who have previously booked travel services with us.
  2. Referees must be new customers who have not previously booked a holiday with us.
  3. Referees must book their holiday planning meeting using the specific referral meeting link and correctly enter their referrer’s name.
  4. Referees must attend and complete the entire consultation meeting for their entry to be valid.
  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing customer can make.
  6. Referrals must be made between 3rd February 2026 and 30th April 2026.
  7. Consultation meetings must be completed by 30th April 2026 for entries to qualify.
Prize Draw Details
  • One prize draw will be conducted for all referred new customers (referees) who have completed their consultation meetings.
  • The prize draw will take place in early May 2026.
  • The winner will be selected at random and notified by email and phone within 7 days of the draw.
  • Winner receives: £250 in Gilly Bachelor Travel Expert travel vouchers, valid for 48 months from issue date and redeemable any new package holiday booking.
  • Winner’s referrer receives: £250 in John Lewis vouchers, issued simultaneously. Please refer to issuers terms and conditions for validity dates and redemption terms.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Prize winners’ names may be announced on our website and social media channels. Winners may opt out of public announcement if preferred. Send us a message, or give us a call on 01902 288104 if you would like to opt out.
General Terms
  • When you book a meeting, you agree to join our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Gilly Bachelor Travel Expert reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
  • Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • Employees of Gilly Bachelor Travel Expert and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Gilly Bachelor Travel Expert reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by John Lewis Partnership plc.
  • By entering, participants consent to their information being used for the purposes of administering this promotion.
  • Standard Gilly Bachelor Travel Expert booking terms and conditions apply to all travel services.
  • Gilly’s Gems loyalty program terms and conditions apply separately to all loyalty point accumulation.
