- We have a lovely office where you can sit down relax and discuss your travel plans, over a cuppa, or perhaps a glass of fizz if we’re celebrating. Just book an appointment – we can offer evening and weekend appointments if that’s more convenient for you.
- Our service is an attentive and personal one. We will look after you from the time of booking, right through to when you return home, making sure you comply with the prevailing travel restrictions and requirements… and you’re not the one turned away at the airline check-in counter!
- Some people love scouring the Internet, but if you don’t have the time to do this (or feel completely overwhelmed by what you’ve found!), we can really save you time.
- We’re easy to get hold of – always at the end of an email, call, WhatsApp, or Facebook Message, or of course you can book an appointment for a face-to-face get together.
- We can liaise with the airline, hotel, or resort if you have accessibility requirements, or you require special assistance. Or you may just have specific requirements that will make your holiday that little bit more enjoyable, and that’s fine too!
- We have a genuine passion for travel and finding the perfect holiday for you! There’s never any hard sell, if you go ahead and book that’s great, but if you don’t that’s fine too.
- We work with over 400 suppliers so we can offer a huge choice of holidays from traditional package holidays with companies like Jet2 Holidays to tailor-made itineraries with exclusive destination specialists.
- There’s no fee for our service, we get paid a commission by the supplier if you go ahead and book!
- We’re taking bookings up to the end of 2025 for people who want to secure something extra special, but also for those of you who want to spread your payments by direct debit.
- And of course, we’re ABTA-bonded and every holiday we sell has ATOL protection.

Excellent customer service from Gilly Bachelor from initial discussions right through to actual bookings! Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions we are yet to actual travel and holiday has been postponed on three occasions... but fingers crossed for this November/December!

Just back from such a lovely holiday. Gilly looked after us really well as we postponed twice during the covid nightmare. We eventually got there. Gilly doesn’t just book for you - she is full of helpful information and fabulous hints and tips. She doesn’t stop at anything to make sure you have a great time!
