Stephanie Minton joined the business in March 2022 as our ‘Holiday Admin Whiz’. She’s been here a couple of months now and is already having a huge impact on getting our admin up-to-date as we continue to deal with an increasing number of airline schedule changes, and a wealth of other amendments.
We’re also seeing a huge increase in customer-led change requests, as after two years of missing out on life events from graduations and leavers balls to medical procedures, clients are finding they have diary clashes, which all need to be resolved.
