More so than ever people are looking for a travel professional to help them find the perfect holiday, and to ensure their travel plans go as smoothly as possible. This is a service you simply cannot get if you book your flight, hotel and transfers separately, or book a package holiday online.
Our service starts with a call, or a face-to-face meeting at our beautiful office in Brewood, where you can attend by appointment to ensure you have our undivided attention! In this meeting we will talk through the holiday experience you’re looking for – perhaps it’s a simple ‘fly and flop’, or a USA road-trip, luxury cruise or safari, and maybe you’re celebrating a special birthday, anniversary or even your honeymoon?
If you are restricted by travel dates then we can share with you our recommended destinations for the best weather, or perhaps you’re happy to travel out of season to get a great deal. We will also talk about how much you’d like to spend, and we will work with you to find the very best value for you.
We’re often asked by new clients ‘why do I need to book an appointment if I just want a quote’?
The simple answer is that unless we speak to you first it’s impossible to get the level of detail that we will need to put an accurate quote together for you. Experience has shown us it saves a lot of time on both sides! Our service is a personal one, so we like to start this approach from the very beginning!
We're booking holidays right up to the end of 2026 so it’s great to plan ahead!
Many of you will already knowing where you want to go and what you want to do, but you’re looking for us to put together a bespoke package for you and to ensure you have flexibility and financial protection, as all our holidays are ABTA and ATOL protected.
We will then meet again, by video or in person, to present our recommendations to you, and we’ll then tweak the itinerary until it’s perfect for you, and you’re ready to book, or not…
There’s no pressure to book, and no fee for my services.
Most of our holidays can be secured by a small deposit from less than £100 per person, and the final balance is not due until 14 weeks before travel, or if you decide to pay by direct debit, you can make monthly instalments up to 6 weeks before travel.
We will also catch up when the balance is due to make sure you’re still happy to travel, and then two to four weeks before you go away to review your holiday destination’s entry requirements, and what you need to do when you return to the UK. We make sure you have the correct tests and paperwork, and we monitor this up to the day of your return home, as requirements are constantly changing.
And finally, we ask you to message us when you’ve got through airport security, we love nothing more than seeing a photo of you enjoying a glass a fizz in the departures lounge!
