Our free travel advice service is now over three years old! We started offering free travel advice back in March 2020, and will be continuing this service for the foreseeable future.

Unlike many travel agencies who closed, or mothballed their businesses, we decided to be proactive. We worked hard to secure amendments and refunds for our clients and we offered a helpline, online holiday surgeries (and face-to-face meetings when it was allowed), and responded to hundreds of Facebook enquiries, as people were struggling to get hold of the holiday company they had booked with, and needed advice and reassurance, which we were able to provide, and continue to offer today over three years later!

Professional travel advice is as important as ever even with Covid in the rearview mirror, and whilst in general we’re seeing the simplification of destination entry requirements, and improvements in travel insurance policies, they are still difficult to navigate, therefore booking with a ‘real person’ (travel agent!) is always recommended. We recognise that there are still lots of people who have still not taken an international holiday since before Covid, and they need help and reassurance which we are delighted to be able to continue to offer.

Please be mindful that this is a free service available to our clients, their family/friends and the residents of Brewood. Our clients must always take priority however, we do try and get back to you within 48 hours.
