A Personal Message From Gilly
As we wrap up another incredible year, I want to personally thank every one of you for trusting us with your holidays and for recommending us to your loved ones. It truly means the world. This year has been filled with so many wonderful trips, honeymoons, family adventures, and bucket-list adventures — and it has been our absolute privilege to bring them to life.
Behind the scenes, my small but mighty team has worked tirelessly to make every journey seamless, joyful, and truly special. They’ve earned a well-deserved extended Christmas break, so our last day in the office will be Friday 19th December 2025, and we’ll be back feeling refreshed on Monday 5th January 2026.

Our 24/7 emergency support will still be running throughout the holidays — and any urgent calls will come directly through to either Phil or myself, so you’re always in safe hands.
